1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or contacting us through the phone or text number published here, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you can still call us.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Resolute Security, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company doing business as Resolute Security. It is licensed as a contract security company by the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners under license null. "We," "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person or organization using this site.

3. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, and apply for a job. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content, contact details or job postings from the site.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the site, or bypass any security or bot-protection measure.
• Use the site or our contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or through us.

We may suspend access from any source that abuses the site or our forms.

4. Quotes, rates and what is not an offer

• Rates published on this site are starting rates for planning purposes. They are not a contract, a bid, or a guaranteed price for your site.
• A binding price exists only in a written quote we send you for a specific location, scope, schedule and start date, and only for the period stated in that quote.
• Response commitments published on this site, for example a written quote within a stated number of hours, or a post staffed within a stated window, apply during the conditions described alongside them and in the areas we list on our service areas pages.
• The remedies we advertise are real, and we put them in the contract. Where this site states a remedy for missing one of those commitments, the free first shift for a missed 4-hour deployment is the one we lead with, that same remedy is written into the services agreement we ask you to sign, in the same terms. If you are ever handed an agreement that does not contain it, tell us before you sign: the agreement is wrong, not this page. We are not going to advertise a promise here and disclaim it two clicks away.
• Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, reserve an officer, or obligate either of us to anything.

5. Security services are governed by a separate agreement

Actual security services are provided only under a written services agreement signed by both parties, with post orders attached as an exhibit. That agreement covers scope, rates, billing, insurance, term, termination and everything else that matters. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

6. What security services can and cannot do

This is the most important paragraph on the page, so we will be blunt about it. Security officers deter, observe, document, de-escalate and report. They reduce risk. They do not eliminate it, and no honest security company will tell you otherwise.

• We are not an insurer or a guarantor against theft, vandalism, injury, trespass or any other loss, and we do not assume the risk of loss to your property or to people on it.
• We are not a law enforcement agency, and our officers have no police powers. They do not use "Police" wording, police-style badges, or emergency lights, as Louisiana rules require.
• Our officers act under written post orders and a written use-of-force policy that puts presence, verbal de-escalation, disengagement and calling 911 ahead of physical intervention.
• Nothing in a services agreement or on this site creates a special protective relationship or a duty owed to any third party, including your tenants, guests, customers or contractors, beyond what the agreement and applicable law require.

7. Guides and information are not advice

The material in our resources section, cost ranges, hurricane checklists, licensing checks, fire watch explanations and contract suggestions, is general information for Louisiana businesses. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, or a code determination. Fire watch requirements in particular are set by your authority having jurisdiction, not by us. Verify anything that will end up in a contract, a permit or a claim with the appropriate agency or professional.

8. Text message and call terms

By giving us your mobile number on a form, in a message, or over the phone, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us at that number about your request, your account, an application, or scheduling, including messages sent with an automated system where applicable.

• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service or of being considered for employment. You can ask us to use email or voice only.
• Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts to that number; reply HELP for assistance, or call (504) 236-4820.
• We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages to report an emergency, call 911, then call our line.
• Texting is not live yet. We have no SMS provider connected, so today every automated message from this site is email. These terms take effect when texting does.
• Calls to and from our line may be monitored or recorded for quality and incident documentation, with notice at the start of the call.

9. Employment applications and equal opportunity

Submitting an application through this site does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or a promise of employment. If we hire you, employment with Resolute Security is at will: either of us may end it at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law. Nothing on this website is a contract of employment, and no statement here changes the at-will relationship.

All employment is conditioned on the requirements Louisiana imposes on licensed security officers, including registration with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners, fingerprint-based state and federal background checks, the board's required training, and, for armed officers, firearms qualification and annual requalification.

10. Our content

The text, layout, graphics, logo and code on this site belong to Resolute Security, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not republish substantial portions, resell the content, or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. If you would like to quote or reference something here, ask us, the answer is usually yes.

11. Links to other sites

We link to outside resources, such as the state licensing board, because they are useful for verifying what we tell you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that every figure quoted from a third-party source remains current. Rates, market figures and regulatory references on this site were accurate to the best of our knowledge on the effective date above and change over time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolute Security, LLC and its members, officers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to services performed under a signed services agreement, which has its own liability terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of the website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes, severability and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
