We open cities as we hire into them, not before. 5 Louisiana cities have a coverage page today, anchored in Greater New Orleans; 3 more are markets we are recruiting into and have deliberately not published, because a city page without officers behind it is a promise waiting to be broken.
If your site is outside these cities, ask anyway. We would rather tell you honestly that we cannot staff it to standard than send you an officer we have never met.
Distance changes what we can promise. Rather than claim statewide same-day coverage, here is what each tier gets.
Tier 1 · Core
New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner and Slidell. The shortest supervisor drive we have, and where we are hiring first. Standard posts in Orleans and Jefferson parishes start within four hours of a signed agreement; St. Tammany by the next shift. Those windows start from the day our first officers are registered and on payroll, ask and we will tell you exactly where that stands this week.
Tier 2 · Regional
The model out here is officers who live in the parish, with a supervisor driving the route on a set schedule rather than "whenever there is a complaint." Recurring posts and patrols are the sweet spot; a single four-hour event needs more lead time this far out. Baton Rouge has a coverage page. Houma, Lafayette and Lake Charles do not, we are recruiting there and will publish each one the day it has a roster, not the day it looks good in search results.
Tier 3 · By arrangement
Shreveport, Monroe, Alexandria, Hammond, the Northshore and points between. We take these on contract with a lead time we agree up front, and we will say no to a post we cannot staff to standard. That answer is worth more to you than a yes we cannot keep.
Each page covers the parish, the neighborhoods and corridors we work, the local risk picture, and which services we staff there. A city only gets a page once we can back it up.
