Generic guard service is how sites get covered but not protected.
Most security contracts fail in the same quiet way: an officer is placed, the invoice arrives, and nobody can say what the officer did. The post orders were copied from the last account. The report is a signature on a clipboard. Six months later the property manager cannot answer the one question ownership asks, what did we get for that?
We build every account the other direction. Before a shift is scheduled we walk the site, write post orders from your rules and your incident history, agree on what the officer escalates and to whom, and set the checkpoints that get GPS- and time-stamped every round. The report that lands in your inbox is the product.
- Post orders in writing. Duties, tour route, escalation ladder, who gets called at 3 a.m. Anything outside them triggers a change order, not a favor.
- Checkpoints matched to the risk. Vacant units and back gates for multifamily; lay-down yards and hot-work areas on a job site; exits and pharmacy for a clinic.
