Every door open, one person watching
During a service or an event, side and fellowship-hall doors get propped for airflow and latecomers. The main entrance is watched; the other five are not, and that is the actual entry path for anyone who should not be there.

Dismissal and custody disputes
The pickup line is the highest-friction, highest-liability fifteen minutes of a school day. Custody disputes in particular need a calm third party and a written record, not a teacher improvising in traffic.

Offerings, cash and unattended offices
Counting rooms, safes and unlocked administrative offices during a busy service are a routine target, and often the loss is discovered days later with no way to reconstruct who was in the building.

The empty campus
Between Sunday and Wednesday, or over a school break, campuses are quiet, well-lit targets for copper, catalytic converters, HVAC units and vandalism, and an empty building is where a small fire or a broken pipe becomes a catastrophic loss.

Presence tuned to your culture
Some congregations want a clearly uniformed officer at the door; others want a low-profile presence that greets people by name. We agree on uniform, posture and greeting before the first shift, and we assign the same officer week after week so people know them.

Doors, lot and interior sweeps during services
A repeatable loop: exterior doors checked and secured after the service starts, a walk of the lot, a pass through classrooms and children’s areas, then back to the entrance before dismissal.

Working with your safety team
Many churches already have volunteers. We do not replace them, we give them a trained, insured, registered anchor point, agree who does what, and take on the parts volunteers should not carry: confrontation, medical staging, and the written record.

After-hours and break coverage
Patrol visits on a randomized schedule during the empty days, with checkpoint scans at the buildings that are furthest from the street and photographs of anything out of place.

Post orders are the contract between what you expect and what the officer does. These are representative lines for a churches & schools account, yours are written with you, signed, and attached to the agreement as an exhibit.
Anything not in the post orders triggers a change order, not a favor.

Most faith and school clients start with a single recurring four-hour post and grow from there. Recurring weekly coverage is where the best rate is. What moves the number:
- Services or dismissals covered per week and their length (four-hour minimum per officer)
- Armed or unarmed, usually a board or leadership decision made together with your insurer
- Whether special services and holidays (Christmas, Easter, graduations) need extra officers
- Adding after-hours patrol visits for the days the campus is empty

Churches & Schools: questions buyers ask
Should our church use armed or unarmed officers?
It depends on your leadership’s judgment, your insurer’s position, and the congregation you serve, and it is a decision we would rather help you think through than sell you. Unarmed presence handles the overwhelming majority of what happens on a campus: doors, disputes, medicals, and a watchful adult in the lot. Where leadership decides armed coverage is warranted, our armed officers are 21 or older, hold LSBPSE firearm certification, and requalify on the schedule the board requires.
Will an officer make visitors uncomfortable?
Not if the posture is right. We set uniform and greeting expectations with you, put the officer where they can welcome people rather than loom over them, and assign the same person each week so they become a familiar face. Our sample post orders for churches make greeting attendees part of the job.
Can we book just Sunday mornings?
Yes. A recurring four-hour Sunday post is the usual starting point for a congregation, and recurring weekly coverage earns our best rate. Many congregations later add a second post for midweek programming or patrol visits during the empty days once they see the reports.
