Large public festivals and parades are coordinated by the event organizer with the New Orleans Police Department and the organizer's own security contractor, on those we work as a subcontractor or on the private side, and we coordinate with a police detail rather than pretending to replace it.

For a standard post in Orleans or Jefferson Parish, within four hours of a signed agreement, that is a commitment we put in writing and it goes into your services agreement, so if we miss it your first shift is free. That clock starts once we have a registered officer available; until our first roster is on payroll we will give you a real date rather than a four-hour promise we cannot keep.
